At a certain point, your purifiers will stop producing because there will be too many beverage items in your workbench otherwise. Make sure you store all of your beverages in a cooler and not your workbench. By the time I increase my charisma/bartering, who knows how many units I'll have? I'll only be building more purifiers once I get into settlement-building, and by that point, the in-game economy will be beyond repair. There is enough scrap throughout the Commonwealth to support the majority of your settlement-building needs.Īt 1 charisma, each unit of purified water goes for 6 caps, and at 10 charisma, each unit goes for ~20 caps or so. ![]() ![]() ![]() I wasn't heavily prioritizing building purifiers and generators since I'm not focusing on settlement-building early on, so I didn't go out of my way to buy additional resources to do so. Each time I return to Sanctuary to unload scrap, I have ~720-750 units waiting for me. To prove his point, I maxed out my purified water production(1000 units) at Sancuary Hills early on(before level 20), and I'm just shy of 15k stored units of purified water at level 35.
